Security

You connect Google Ads by signing in with Google yourself and choosing which account we may read. We never ask for, see or store your Google password.

• Google access tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are only readable by our servers — never by your browser or other users.
• Each workspace's Google Ads data is private to that workspace. Access is checked on our servers on every request; your browser cannot choose which workspace it sees.
• Only owners and admins of a workspace can connect, disconnect or run account checks.
• Sensitive actions are rate-limited and recorded in an audit history.

Today Claritad only reads your Google Ads account. It does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, and it does not change budgets, bids or targeting. Recommendations wait for your decision.

You can disconnect Google Ads at any time from the Google Ads page. We revoke our access with Google and delete the stored credentials. You can also remove access from your Google account's security settings.

We do not currently hold formal security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and we do not claim to.
