What this means for your business
For a connected account, use the Google Ads page in your workspace. Disconnecting deletes that workspace’s stored credentials. Shared grants are handled so another connected workspace is not accidentally disconnected.
What to do next
For Managed, open Google Ads access and security and remove Claritad as a manager when appropriate. You remain the account owner. Cancelling Claritad and removing Google access are separate actions.
Keep in mind
Review the remaining campaign status and Google charges before leaving. Disconnecting is not a refund request and does not undo ad clicks or charges that occurred before access was removed.
